Exchange and Refunds

In general cancellations of orders are not accepted, and bouquet deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except a legitimate reason, such as damage.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If customer fails to inform us of any product defect at the time of receiving the product(s), customer shall be deemed to have waived the right of inspection and product(s) shall be considered accepted in good condition.
